Issue

  • After upgrading ONTAP storage cluster to 9.14P4, OTV shows the intercluster LIF IP address registered for the storage systems in OTV
  • Modifying the storage system to correct the IP address to the cluster management IP fails with:

Failed to validate storage system credentials :An unspecified error occurred when connecting to the controller at IP address <cluster_management_IP>.

  • Provisioning a new datastore fails with:

There are no matching storage virtual machines found for the selected storage system.
