  • NetApp Host Discovery reports error every 30 minutes.
Unknown error; see vsc.log file for details
  • vsc.log reports below ERROR and WARN messages.
[ WARN] Cannot find Controller object for Lun Serial# ; unable to properly set the primary/path setting
[ WARN] Cannot find Controller object for Lun Serial# ; unable to properly set the primary/path setting
[ WARN] FC Target WWPN was 0; parsing the path key. for:
[ERROR] Discovery completed with error: begin 45, end -1, length 48
