Issue

During the OTV upgrade or service restart, OTV services fail to start:

Could not start Derby Database Service required for VASA provider service. Exiting. . .   . . . failed! 
failed!
Command failed. 
rbash: /opt/netapp/vscserver/log/maint-audit.log: Permission denied
