ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere: Administrator and Database passwords are expired and cannot be changed

Issue

Every 90 days the administrator and database passwords expire for ONTAP Tools (OTV) after which you are prompted to change the passwords in OTV's maintenance console:

When you attempt to change the password, the password change will fail.
