ONTAP Tools for VMware: Unable to mount FC datastores on additional ESXi hosts

Issue

When trying to mount a FC datastore on additional hosts using OTV in vCenter, the operation fails and you see the following error:

"No iscsi or fcp initiators found on the host"

The initiators for the target ESXi hosts are part of a existing initiator group (igroup).
