Issue

When deploying ONTAP Tools 10.2 and earlier in High Availability mode, the deployment fails at 99%.

The /var/log/ansible-run.log throws an error after the recovery persistent volume claim is bound:

TASK [recovery : Wait for the recovery PVC to be bound] ************************

The error could be, but not limited to, an error such as:

Read-only file system

If monitoring changes to export policies on the ONTAP side, you'll notice that the otvng_trident_recovery_pvc volume is mapped to the default export policy during this period in the deployment:

cdot::> vol show -volume *otvng* -fields policy

vserver        volume                                 policy
