  • ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere (OTV) 9.12+
  • VASA Provider for ONTAP

Issue

  • After upgrading OTV to OTV 9.12+, the vVols Dashboard reports the following error: 
    • Unable to retrieve NSLM registration information
  • The vVols Datastore Report and vVols Virtual Machine Report also fail to load.
  • NSLM was successfully configured for an older version of OTV.
