OTV 10: VASA Provider registration fails

Issue

  • Under vCenter tasks, Register VASA Provider fails with no error message and status null
  • Within the OTV logs pods/ntv-system_ntv-vasa-svc-####/vasa-vsc:
    • com.netapp.vasa.vvol.exceptions.InvalidCertificateException: Certificate failed verification.
    • "vcguid":null,"exception":{"exception_class":"com.netapp.vasa.vvol.exceptions.InvalidCertificateException","exception_message":"Certificate failed verification.","stacktrace":"com.netapp.vasa.vvol.exceptions.InvalidCertificateException: Certificate failed verification.
    • message":checkValidity failed:   [0]         Version: 3\n         
        SerialNumber: <serial_number>\n
