Authentication to cluster from OTV (Modify) results in http 401 error

Issue

SRA/SRM is not able to complete creation of Local or Remote Array manager and reports error:
 
SRA command 'discoverArrays' failed. The volume volume_name is not found on the SVM SVM_Name. Check to see if the volume exists on the given Storage Virtual Machine(SVM).
 
In OTV appliance error reported:
