COTV-8362: Zapi Connection Error upon Lun Unmapping timeout

Issue

  • When executing an SRM recovery plan involving 34 LUNs, the failover was triggered and ONTAP successfully processed 32 of the 34 devices. However, two devices failed to complete.
  • Further investigation revealed that OTV uses a 7‑second polling timeout. The two affected jobs each took approximately 7.1 seconds to complete, causing them to exceed the timeout and be marked as failures.
  • As a result of this initial failure, subsequent recovery attempts continued to fail until the impacted SnapMirror relationships were deleted and recreated with the correct replication direction.
