OTV modifies existing export-policy rule while mounting datastore to host.
From logs, it seems that OTV had wiped out the existing export lists with each new ESXi host and added a new rule that not only included the storage network / NFS IP but a rule that contained all the IPs on the new hosts, including those that it would never use to talk to the storage.
