Active IQ Digital Advisor (AIQDA) is missing or displays incorrect/outdated information for one or more nodes 

This can include:

  • The "Latest AutoSupport" section displays a date older than the most recent autosupport actually submitted by the node
  • A node is missing, showing as incorrect hardware or isn't associated with the cluster
  • Missing performance data for a node or cluster
