Answer

Cause: This was caused by an update to AIQ that falsely made Active IQ send out analert for loss of signal despite AutoSupports still coming in.Reason : Active IQ engineering team, rolled out a hotfix to resolve the issue.

Verify the autosupprt if they are receiving the latestlogs or not, if yes the alert can be ignored. it would disappear in sometime
