ActiveIQ is showing empty tabs when connecting from internal company network

Issue
- The outbound and inbound traffic from a company might be routed through a firewall that has a public IP
- Users cannot use ActiveIQ from the internal company network.
- Debug mode on browser shows error 403 Forbidden for some API calls:
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
