Unified Manager file restore from snapshot fails

Issue
- when restoring a file from a remote backup volume snapshot or generally a file from shapshot to a different cluster it fails
- mostly there is an error after 5 minutes which is the UM ndmp timeout
- restoring a file from local snapshot to same or different location on the same cluster does work
- ndmp restore (which UM utilizes) does work on cli using ndmpcopy command
