Unified Manager UI not accessible because service does not start

  • Cannot access UM web interface via browser: Error 404 not found
  • resources are OK
  • reboot does not help
  • NetApp Active IQ Management Server Service stops after starting without error
  • ocumserver.log does not have relevant entries since the service stops short after starting without logging
  • Java executable dfm-app.war is not running properly
