Unified Manager OVA boot failure due to file system inconsistency

Issue
- ActiveIQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) GUI is not reachable
- Within the vSphere Console, AIQUM virtual appliance fails to boot to the login prompt
- Upon pressing Alt+F2, the console displays the following message:
fsck failed. Please repair manually....
A maintenance shell will now be started CONTROL-D Will terminate this shell and resume system boot
Give root password for maintenance
