Unable to launch AIQUM in OVA

Issue

AIQUM was not reachable and unable to open the AIQUM web page.
While launching the Vsphere console, received error as below while booting UM:

- We tried to repair the Disk by following the KB:

- However it was not going into the desired root prompt.
- The Kernel was not pointing to the right path and also the Partition UUID was missing from the GRUB.
- After discovered the UUID of the partition and updated the same in the GRUB Menu and logged into the /bin/bash console

- Post this we were able to login to AIQUM Server.
- However, after a reboot the Grub values were getting lost, and ended up with the same Blank Kernel error.
