Unable to download "download https certificate signing request" from AIQUM

Issue
- Certificate Signing Request (CSR) was created through the UM web interface by clicking "Download HTTPS Certificate Signing Request".
- Clicking "Download HTTPS Certificate Signing Request" in the UI yields no response.
- Following errors observed in server.log
