Unable to download "download https certificate signing request" from AIQUM

Issue

  • Certificate Signing Request (CSR) was created through the UM web interface by clicking "Download HTTPS Certificate Signing Request".
  • Clicking "Download HTTPS Certificate Signing Request" in the UI yields no response.
  • Following errors observed in server.log
2023-07-14 17:26:04,972 ERROR [admin] [default task-4] [c.n.o.r.m.e.GlobalExceptionHandler] Provided value not encoded in Privacy Enhanced Mail (PEM) format.
java.lang.RuntimeException: Provided value not encoded in Privacy Enhanced Mail (PEM) format.
