Issue

  • Unable to edit Cluster IP Address on AIQUM server. Cluster polling fails after changing the cluster_mgmt IP on ONTAP
  • Unable to edit Password for a cluster on AIQUM server. Cluster polling fails after changing the password on ONTAP
  • Event seen in AIQUM-

Event: Cluster Monitoring Failed alert is reported.
Monitoring failed for cluster Cluster_name.
Reason: Cluster cannot be reached. Ensure that there is network connectivity to the cluster and the API has not timed out.
The following settings must also be configured correctly for the cluster: hostname or cluster-management IP address, protocol, and port. If the issue persists, contact technical support.
