Issue

The MySQL Service fails for Unified Manager fails to start or is down.

These are a few of the errors you may encounter:

  • The Mysql Service has started and stopped.
  • Initializing MySQL database: mysqld: Can't create directory '/opt/netapp/data/' (Errcode: 2 - No such file or directory)
  • Failed to start MySQL service. Setup will terminate now!
