Scripts stopped working after AIQUM Upgrade

Issue

  • After Unified Manager Upgrade, Customer is unable to get incident generated using scripts.
    • In the Alert setup page, scripts are configured which will create incident via nagios.
    • Once an event is captured by AIQUM, this inturn is written into nagio log. These logs are cleared once the script runs and an incident is created.
  • AIQUM functions normally and the events are get triggered successfully, but the alert scripts won't run.
