Answer

No, IP address specified for adding ONTAP cluster to AIQUM does not necessarily need to be configured on e0M interface.
 
In order to add ONTAP cluster to AIQUM, host name or cluster management IP address (IPv4 or IPv6) needs to be specified. However, there is no restriction on the port on which the cluster management IP is configured.
