Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM), version 9.10+

Answer

At the present time, AIQUM does not initiate installation of new / refreshed certificates on ONTAP clusters that have already been added to Unified Manager.  After the ONTAP cluster has been added, even if the HTTPS certificate expires, EMS messaging and monitoring will continue to work.
