Accessing AIQUM WebGUI fails with ERR_Connection_Refused

Issue
- AIQUM WebGUI is inaccessible.
- When Accessing AIQUM WebGUI, ERR_Connection_Refused is displayed.
- Support Bundle logs show that AIQUM server or au logs output have stopped, while system logs such as
messages
continue to update. - Access to the Maintenance Console is possible.
- System Configuration > Display Server Status in the Maintenance Console displays "Stopped".
