AIQUM upgrade fails because 7zip is not installed

Issue
- When attempting to upgrade AIQUM, installation wizard fails with error:
The wizard was interrupted before Active IQ Unified Manager could be completely installed.
netapp_um_install.log
reports error:
Failed to launch 7zip. Exiting...
InstallShield 8:08:19: Setup aborted
Note:
netapp_um_install.log
is located in C:\Users\<Account used for install>\AppData\Local\Temp\
