AIQUM ocie service not starting due to EOF exception on server truststore

Issue

  • AIQUM GUI is inaccessible
  • Via the maintenance console the AIQUM service status is shown as Not Running
  • Manually restarting the AIQUM services does not fix the issue
  • server.log:
    ("org.wildfly.security.key-store.ServerTrustStore" => "WFLYELY00004: Unable to start the service
    Caused by: java.io.EOFException"))
