  • Customers configuring multi-gateway routing or static routes for SNMP/SMTP servers

Issue

When attempting to add a static route for SNMP or SMTP server communication in the AIQUM OVA Maintenance Console (using a gateway other than the default), the following error is observed and the configuration is rolled back:

NOTE: Changes to the network settings have been made outside of the maintenance console. The pending changes made in the maintenance console have been discarded in order to avoid overwriting the external changes.
