AIQUM ONCOMMANDSVC service stops due to a missing standalone XML file

Issue

  • Although NetApp Active IQ Acquisition Service (ocie-au) status is Running, NetApp Active IQ Management Server Service (ONCOMMANDSVC) stops unexpectedly.
  • Even if ONCOMMANDSVC is started manually, the service stops again within several seconds.
  • server.log (default path: C:\ProgramData\NetApp\OnCommandAppData\ocie\log\jboss\server.log) reports fatal error:

INFO  [org.jboss.modules] (main) JBoss Modules version 2.0.2.Final
FATAL [org.jboss.as.server] (main) WFLYSRV0239: Aborting with exit code 1
