AIQUM Cluster Polling Failed due to volume-get-iter call

Issue
- After upgrading Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) to 9.11 or higher, some cluster acquisitions (polling) may fail / get stuck.
- Au.log will have entries similar to
WARN [common-pool-2634] c.o.s.a.f.d.BaseDataSource (DataSourceErrorException.java:253) -[Package dependency] - Reporting from this package will be deferred until Service Insight runs.
