Issue

AIQUM ocie service fails to start if any cluster is currently in Maintenance Mode at the time of service startup. This affects post-upgrade restarts, VM reboots, and manual service restarts. The dfm-app.war application does not deploy and AIQUM is completely unreachable.
Error in server.log:
LazyInitializationException: Could not initialize proxy
[com.netapp.dfm.entity.platform.maintenancewindow.MaintenanceWindow#1]
