Issue

• Upgrading AIQUM from 9.18 (plain or with D-patches) to 9.18P1 fails during MySQL user configuration.
• The following error is observed:
{code}Unable to update mysql jboss user. MySQL command failed{code}
• MySQL returns:
{code}ERROR 4058 (HY000): authentication_policy mismatch{code}
