CAIQUM-7077: Discrepancy between UM GUI and UM report on available and data capacity by SVM in Tib or MiB or GiB

Issue

The AIQUM GUI, in Storage > Storage VM's shows the SVM + current state + Allowed Protocols + available Data Capacity + Total data Capacity.
If an SVM has smaller sizes in MiB or GiB they will be seen as, for example, 971MiB or 973 GiB.
When exporting this to the report by default it will show sizes only in TiB. Given the huge difference between MiB and TiB this will reflect as 0.
The ask is to have a field that is either MiB / GiB or TiB depending on the sizes of the SVMs.
