To provide customers with seamless self-service experience, public reports will be available on the Knowledge Base (KB) site from April 4th, 2024.

From April 2024, information about known issues on Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) will be available on the site. Under the product category AIQUM, you will see two guides:

  • Active IQ Unified Manager KBs, where you can find Solution articles, Questions, How-to procedures and Resolution guides
  • Active IQ Unified Manager Issues

From May 2024, public reports on ONTAP will be available on the KB site.

For feedback or queries on the public reports, use the Feedback widget available at the bottom of the KB page.
