After some time the installation fails with an error: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. Using Windows Event Viewer to review the Security Event logs reveals an error with Security Event ID 4625. This is an authentication error that reports "Failure Reason: The user has not been granted the requested logon type at this machine."
