Description

SMO/SMSAP troubleshooting requires dumps in order to aid troubleshooting. These dumps can be collected using the command line and also through the GUI.

This article describes how to collect the dumps from a Windows host GUI as an alternative to running an SMO system/profile dump or SMSAP system/profile dump.
