SaaS Backup user data appears to be missing

Issue

  • After running a successful backup job, some data is not visible in the directories of users. 
  • Examples:
    ○  
    Some exchange mail folders are empty when it's known that those folders contain mail.  
    ○  For OneDrive, some directories are empty when it's known that those directories contain data.
  • When wanting to do a restore, default setting shows only 5 days of backups and possibly will not have the data required to restore
