Issue

Updating certificates in VMWare leads to fail to add Raw Device Mapping (RDM) disks in VMWare related workflows in WFA.
 
The error seen in WFA is:
New-HardDisk
The operation for the entity "name" failed with the following message: "A general system error occurred: PBM error occurred during PreReconfigureCallback: Fault cause: vmodl.fault.SystemError
