Issue

When attempting to disable SAML over system console via the Service Processor (SP) for a CVO setup, SAML modify commands fail. 

aws_node_01::> security saml-sp modify -is-enabled false

Error: command failed: SAML authentication can only be disabled from the "console" application or from a SAML authenticated application.
