Issue

NetApp Unified Manager jobs fail with a consistent 'is currently locked by another service' message.

e.g., DEBUG [cvbackup] [http-443-14] [resource-lookup] [c.n.autozapi.server.ApiDispatcher] Error while handling API request ResourceLookupRequest: No resource 'snapshotnamehere' of type 'snapshot' was found in volume 'vservername:/volnamehere'.

com.netapp.dfm.app.common.exception.APIException: No resource 'snapshotnamehere' of type 'snapshot' was found in volume 'vservername:/volnamehere'.

ERROR [cvbackup] [job-157] [conform(storageService=servicename)|Storage service member lock request.] [com.netapp.dfm.job.JobEngine] Error executing job jobname:morejobname:extramorejobname:endjobname task jobname:morejobname:extramorejobname:endjobname
