Applies to

  • Workflow Automation (WFA) 5.1
  • Compatible linux-based platforms

When attempting to add a new SolidFire cluster into WFA 5.1 from the Settings (Gear icon in the top-right corner of the UI > Credentials menu), WFA will fail to add the cluster and displays the message Index 0 out of bounds for length 0.

  1. When attempting to add the SolidFire cluster with the hostname, the following message may be seen within the  LOG_WFA.LOG log file within a WFA AutoSupport.

Note: The wfa log file is also present available on <installed_WFA_path>\Program Files\NetApp\WFA\jboss\standalone\log\wfa.log in Windows-based platforms and  /opt/netapp/wfa/jboss/standalone/log.war/jboss/wfa.log in Linux-based platforms.
