DFM SNMPv3 username not changed with the command 'dfm snmp modify'

Issue

The SNMPv3 username or password is not changed when:

  • Configuring this from the DFM command line via dfm snmp modify
  • Configuring this from the UI of operations manager by editing the SNMPv3 (default) username and password

From the dfm host diag <host> you will still see the original username:

SNMPv3 Username        dfmadmin
