Attempts to add a cluster in OnCommand Workflow Automation results in error "Credential with expired certificate is not testable."

Issue

When attempting to add a cluster in OnCommand Workflow Automation, and choosing the option Test to validate credentials, the following error prompt returns with the message:

Credential with expired certificate is not testable.

The corresponding message below is also found in the wfa.log:

Failed to get connection from data-source

Caused by: com.netapp.wfa.util.SqlShellException: Failed to get connection from data-source

Caused by: java.sql.SQLInvalidAuthorizationSpecException: Could not connect: Access denied for user 'admin'@'server.company.com' (using password: YES)
