The ongoing migration project on 7MTT goes missing after a power outage

  • While performing 7MTT migration from 7mode to Cmode, due to power outage the 7MTT server was rebooted and the ongoing project was not visible on the tool.
  • Restarted the services as per the below KB, but the issue still persist.   
  • 7 Mode Transition Tool (7MTT) stops after power outage
