Issue

  • Snapmirror transfers are slow (less than 5MB/s) from an old 7-Mode system to new cluster mode
  • The new destination cluster mode system is not used for any workload
  • The 7-Mode storage system usage is low, especially after-hours when testing replication performance
  • Both systems use the on same switches with no routers in between
  • 1500 MTU set and nothing wrong is found on the network
