Serial number of H-Series node reverts to HMxxxxxxx after RTFI or firmware update

Issue
- After an RTFI (either manual or via upgrade of the Element storage cluster) or a firmware update using the Element Software Storage Firmware Bundle
- An H-series storage node shows an incorrect Serial Number either on the node or in activeIQ support inventory:
- Instead of the correct numerical Serial Number, (e.g.,
3719123000077
) The serial number shows as an alphanumeric sequence resembling:HMxxxxxxx
- Subsequent RTFI attempts do not correct the issue
