PSU status shown as "Not Present" but no issues at the host itself

  • NetApp H500E
  • NetApp H700E

Issue

At BMC (IPMI) interface:

  • Server Health, Sensor Reading page shows PSx Status as N/A and Reading as Not Present
  • Server Health, Power Source page shows Power Supply Status as Not present and 0 for all values for both power supplies
  • System, Hardware Information page shows correct details (device details, status, present, etc.) for both power supplies
  • Node is powered on and showing no issues itself, working as expected
