  • latency.total(ms) metric displays timestamps 8–19 minutes older than the poll trigger time
  • Customer expects metric to update within 3–5 minutes after automated or ad-hoc polling
  • Performance Poll Interval set to recommended value (900 seconds/15 minutes)
