NetApp BlueXP Data Classification on Ubuntu 24.04 with Docker, attempting to access the Data Classification console
at https://console.bluexp.netapp.com/governance fails with the error:

HTTPConnectionPool(host='host.docker.internal', port=9000): Connection timed out_x000D_
