Issue

  • A single Managed Disk in the data aggregate went into a failed state leading to a node panic
PANIC: DIAGNOSTIC PANIC Disk deleted or missing on cloud shared HA in SK process config_thread on release 9.12.1RC1 (C) on Thu Apr  6 13:54:32 UTC 2023
  • After the node reboot the Managed Disk was still failed and the affected data aggregate was left offline:

Thu Apr 06 14:51:20 +0000 [Cluster01: config_thread: raid.assim.plex.missingChild:debug]: Aggregate aggr2, plexobj_verify: Plex 0 only has 0 working RAID groups (1 total) and is being taken offline
